Airport

Tivat Airport (TIV) is the closest airport to Herceg Novi, located approximately 25 kilometers (15.5 miles) away. From Tivat Airport, you can take a taxi or a pre-booked private transfer to Herceg Novi. Alternatively, you can take a bus from Tivat to Herceg Novi, although this option may require a change of buses in Kotor. Dubrovnik Airport (DBV) in Croatia is another option, located approximately 30 kilometers (18.6 miles) away. From Dubrovnik Airport, you can take a shuttle bus to Dubrovnik city center and then a bus to Herceg Novi. Keep in mind that crossing the border between Croatia and Montenegro is required when using Dubrovnik Airport.
