From either airport, the most convenient way to reach Luodong is by taking a bus to Taipei Main Station and then transferring to a train to Luodong. Alternatively, you can take a direct bus from Taipei City Hall Bus Station to Luodong. Taxi services are also available, but are significantly more expensive.
