Best Time to Visit

This is the ideal time for swimming, sunbathing, and exploring the area. The monsoon season, from June to September, brings heavy rainfall and can make it difficult to get around.

Transportation

Ozran is primarily accessible by road. Buses connect Ozran to other parts of Goa, but they can be infrequent. Taxis and auto-rickshaws are readily available for hire and are a convenient way to get around. Renting a scooter is a popular option for exploring the surrounding areas at your own pace, but be mindful of road conditions and traffic. There is no tram or subway/metro system in Ozran or the surrounding areas.

Airport

The nearest airport to Ozran is Dabolim Airport (GOI) in Vasco da Gama, which is approximately 45 kilometers away. Taxis and pre-booked airport transfers are readily available to take you from the airport to Ozran. The journey takes around 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on traffic. You can also find buses from Vasco da Gama to Mapusa, and then take a taxi or auto-rickshaw to Ozran.
