Transportation
Big Bend National Park is primarily accessible by car. The main entrance is located off of US Highway 385, south of Marathon, Texas. The park also operates a shuttle service during peak season to reduce traffic congestion in popular areas. The shuttle route includes stops at the visitor center, popular trailheads, and campgrounds.
