Transportation
San Rafael State Natural Area is accessible by car. From Sonoita, take AZ-83 South. The entrance to the park is located off of AZ-83. Be aware that some roads within the park may be unpaved and require a high-clearance vehicle, especially after rain. There is no public transportation available to the park.
