Transportation
Carr Canyon is best accessed by car. From Sierra Vista, take Highway 92 south to Carr Canyon Road. Follow Carr Canyon Road up into the canyon. Be aware that the road can be steep and winding in places, and may require a high-clearance vehicle, especially after rain or snow. Parking is available at various trailheads and campgrounds within the canyon.
