Wildlife Safari is best accessed by car. From Roseburg, take I-5 South to Exit 119 (Winston/Dillard). Follow the signs to Wildlife Safari. The UTrans Route 99 bus goes to Winston, but you'll need to arrange alternative transportation from Winston to the Safari.
