To reach Mud Lake Open Space from Nederland, head north on Highway 119. Turn left onto County Road 116 (also known as Mud Lake Road). Follow County Road 116 for approximately 1 mile. The parking area for Mud Lake Open Space will be on your left. There is no public transportation directly to Mud Lake Open Space.
