Transportation

Muley Point Overlook is accessible by car, but a high-clearance vehicle is strongly recommended due to the rough and unpaved road. From Mexican Hat, take US-163 north for approximately 2 miles. Turn left onto Utah State Route 261 (the Moki Dugway). After descending the Moki Dugway, turn left onto a dirt road leading to Muley Point. Follow the dirt road for several miles to the overlook. Be prepared for challenging road conditions.
