Transportation
Yankauer Nature Preserve is located off of Henshaw Road, outside of Martinsburg. The easiest way to reach the preserve is by car. From Martinsburg, take WV-45 W/Hedgesville Rd. Turn left onto Henshaw Rd. The preserve entrance will be on your left. There is limited public transportation to the preserve. The closest bus stop is on Hedgesville Road, but it is a significant walk to the preserve entrance from there.
