Transportation
Plattekill Mountain is best accessed by car. From New York City, take the New York State Thruway (I-87) North to Exit 19 (Kingston). Follow Route 28 West to Route 375 South. Continue on Route 375 to Route 212 West. Follow Route 212 to Route 28 West. Continue on Route 28 to Margaretville. From Margaretville, take Route 30 South to Roxbury. From Roxbury, take Route 41 South to Plattekill Mountain. Parking is available on-site.
