Cave of the Winds Mountain Park is located at 100 Cave of the Winds Rd, Manitou Springs, CO 80829. By Bus: Take Mountain Metro Transit Route 3. Get off at the stop near Manitou Avenue and Ruxton Avenue in Manitou Springs. From there, you can take the free Manitou Springs Shuttle (Route 33) to Cave of the Winds. By Car: From Colorado Springs, take US-24 W towards Manitou Springs. Take the Manitou Avenue exit. Follow Manitou Avenue to Cave of the Winds Road and follow the signs.
