The South Carolina Aquarium is located at 100 Aquarium Wharf, Charleston, SC 29401. The Charleston DASH (Downtown Area Shuttle) offers free transportation to the aquarium. The Aquarium Wharf stop is on the Purple Line. Several CARTA (Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority) bus routes also serve the area, including routes 10, 11, 20, and 21.
