The Cape Girardeau Conservation Nature Center is located at 2289 County Park Dr, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701. It's best accessed by car. From I-55, take exit 99 for US-61 toward Cape Girardeau. Follow US-61 N, then turn right onto County Park Dr. The Nature Center will be on your left. Limited public transportation options are available.
