Transportation
The nearest train station is St Austell, approximately 3 miles from Charlestown. From St Austell, you can take a local bus (e.g., the 27 or 27A) to Charlestown. Alternatively, taxis are readily available at the train station. If driving, Charlestown is easily accessible via the A390. There is parking available in the village, but it can get busy during peak season.
