Transportation
The most common way to reach Mam Tor is by car, parking at the Mam Nick car park (charges apply). Alternatively, you can take the Hope Valley Explorer bus (route 272) to Castleton or Edale and then walk to the base of Mam Tor. From Edale, follow the well-marked path along the Great Ridge.
