The city of Hierapolis was a thriving spa town in ancient times, attracting visitors seeking the healing properties of the thermal waters. The Romans later expanded the city, leaving behind impressive ruins that can still be explored today. Once at the top, you can explore the terraces, walk barefoot in the thermal waters, and visit the ancient city. The cable car ride itself offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside, making it a memorable experience. After exploring the sites, you can enjoy a meal at one of the restaurants near the top, offering traditional Turkish cuisine with panoramic views.
