Transportation
From the Kairouan bus station, take a taxi or a louage (shared taxi) towards the outskirts of the city. The Aghlabid Basins are located a short distance from the Medina. Many taxi drivers will know the location. You can also hire a taxi for a half-day tour that includes the basins and other sites.
