Transportation
Getting to Tanote Bay can be an adventure in itself! The most common way is by scooter or motorbike, which you can rent from Mae Haad or Sairee Beach. Be aware that the road to Tanote Bay is quite steep and winding in places, so only experienced riders should attempt it. Alternatively, you can hire a taxi boat from Sairee Beach or Mae Haad, which offers a scenic and relaxing way to reach the bay. Songthaews (shared taxis) are also available, but they may not go directly to Tanote Bay, so you might need to walk the last part of the journey.
