Transportation
From Taipei, take a train to Ruifang Station. From Ruifang Station, you can take the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle - Golden Fulong Route (黃金福隆線) or bus number 856 to the Golden Waterfall stop. Alternatively, you can hire a taxi from Ruifang Station.
