Transportation

Niutou Hill is located on the northeastern side of Green Island. From Nanliao Harbor, follow the coastal road north. The hill is easily accessible by scooter or car. Look for signs indicating the entrance to the Niutou Hill scenic area. The Green Island tour bus also makes a stop nearby.
