From Wengen, take the train to Lauterbrunnen. From Lauterbrunnen, take the bus to Stechelberg. From Stechelberg, take the Schilthorn cable car up to the summit. The cable car operates in four sections: Stechelberg - Gimmelwald - Mürren - Birg - Schilthorn.
