Kölsvik Nature Reserve is easily accessible by car or bus from Trosa. By car, follow signs for Kölsvik from Trosa. There is a parking area near the entrance to the reserve. By bus, take bus number 725 from Trosa bus station towards Vagnhärad and get off at the Kölsvik bus stop. From there, it's a short walk to the reserve entrance.
