Welcome to Glimmingehus, a remarkably well-preserved medieval castle located near Simrishamn in the Skåne region of Sweden. The castle was designed with numerous defensive features, including thick walls, moats, drawbridges, and even "murder holes" through which defenders could pour boiling liquids or drop stones on attackers. Despite its formidable appearance, Glimmingehus was never actually attacked. Today, Glimmingehus offers a variety of activities for tourists.
