From Gothenburg Central Station, take bus line X2 towards Kungsbacka station. From Kungsbacka station, take bus line 732 towards Särö Kyrka. Get off at Särö Kyrka and walk towards Säröhus Castle. Alternatively, from Gothenburg, take bus line Röd Express towards Kungsbacka and change to bus line 732 at Kungsbacka station.
