Transportation
The most common way to reach Bolshiye Koty is by boat from Listvyanka. Ferries and smaller private boats operate regularly during the tourist season (summer months). Check the schedule and book your tickets in advance, especially during peak season. From Irkutsk, take a bus or marshrutka (minibus) to Listvyanka. The journey takes approximately 1-1.5 hours. Once in Listvyanka, head to the pier to catch a boat to Bolshiye Koty.
