Transportation
Sibiu's Old Town is pedestrian-friendly and best explored on foot. If you are arriving by bus or train, the Old Town is a short walk from the main train station and bus terminal. Local buses also stop near the Old Town, with many routes converging at Piata Unirii (Union Square), which is located on the edge of the Old Town.
