The Constanta Casino is an architectural masterpiece and a symbol of the city. Construction of the Constanta Casino began in 1908 and was completed in 1910. Designed by Daniel Renard, it quickly became a popular destination for high society, hosting lavish parties and gambling events. During World War II, it served as a hospital, and later, under communist rule, it functioned as a cultural center. The casino has been abandoned since 1990 and is currently undergoing restoration. While visitors cannot currently enter the casino, they can admire its exterior from the seafront promenade. The building's intricate details, including its ornate balconies, towering columns, and decorative sculptures, are a testament to its architectural brilliance. The surrounding area offers stunning views of the Black Sea, making it a perfect spot for taking photos and soaking in the atmosphere. The area around the casino offers many restaurants with seafood options.

The Constanta Casino is located on the seafront promenade and is easily accessible by bus. Several bus lines stop near the Casino, including 40, 43, 43C, 48, 51. Look for buses that have 'Poarta 1' or 'Centru' on their route display.
