Transportation
The most convenient way to reach the Mud Volcanoes is by car. From Buzău, take the DN10 road towards Brașov. After about 25 kilometers, turn left onto DJ203G towards Berca. Follow the signs to the Mud Volcanoes. Public transportation is limited. You can take a bus from Buzău to Berca, but you'll need to arrange for local transportation from Berca to the volcanoes themselves, which are a few kilometers outside the village.
