Baluarte Zoo, owned by former Ilocos Sur Governor Chavit Singson, is a unique attraction in Vigan City that combines a wildlife sanctuary with a recreational park. It's a popular destination for families and animal lovers, offering a chance to see a variety of animals up close, from tigers and lions to deer and birds. The zoo aims to promote wildlife conservation and education while providing entertainment for visitors. Baluarte Zoo was established as part of Governor Singson's vision to create a tourism hub in Vigan and promote the region's natural beauty.
