Transportation
Similar to reaching the Verde Island Passage, you'll need to travel to Batangas City first. Take a bus from Manila to Batangas City Grand Terminal. From there, take a jeepney or tricycle to Batangas Pier. Hire a boat to Verde Island. Once on Verde Island, you can hire a smaller boat (or 'bangka') to take you to the various snorkeling spots around the island. Negotiate the price beforehand.
