Transportation
The easiest way to reach Huacachina is from the city of Ica. Numerous bus companies operate between Lima and Ica, with a journey time of around 4-5 hours. From Ica, you can take a taxi or a local bus (colectivo) to Huacachina, which is only about 10 minutes away. Taxis are readily available at the Ica bus terminal.
