Transportation
To get to Red Frog Beach, you'll need to take a water taxi from Bocas Town on Isla Colón to the Red Frog Beach dock on Isla Bastimentos. From the dock, it's a short walk (approximately 10-15 minutes) along a well-maintained path to the beach. Water taxis are readily available in Bocas Town.
