Transportation
Reaching Jebel Shams requires a 4x4 vehicle due to the steep and unpaved roads. From Nizwa, take Route 21 towards Al Hamra. Follow the signs to Jebel Shams. The drive is approximately 2-3 hours, depending on the specific location you are heading to within Jebel Shams. Be prepared for a bumpy ride!
