Transportation
From Managua, you can take a taxi or hire a private shuttle to the reserve. The journey takes approximately 1-1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus heading towards Masachapa or Pochomil and ask to be dropped off near the entrance to the reserve. From there, you may need to walk a short distance or take a taxi to the entrance.
