Te Awanga Downs is located approximately 20 minutes southeast of Havelock North. The easiest way to get there is by car, following the signs from Havelock North. Limited public transportation is available. Bus route 812 from Hastings to Havelock North, then transfer to a local taxi or ride-sharing service to reach Te Awanga Downs.
