Transportation
The trek typically starts in Soti Khola, which is accessible by jeep from Kathmandu or Arughat. From Kathmandu, you can take a local bus or hire a private jeep to Arughat. The bus journey takes around 6-8 hours, while the jeep journey is faster, taking around 4-6 hours. From Arughat, you'll need to take another jeep to Soti Khola, which takes around 3-4 hours. Be prepared for bumpy roads!
