The tunnel entrances are located at either end, one in Budva near the Avala Resort & Villas and the other in Becici near the Splendid Conference & Spa Resort. You can easily walk to either entrance from most parts of Budva or Becici. Local buses that travel between Budva and Becici will stop near the tunnel entrances. Look for buses heading in either direction.
