Transportation
The most common way to reach Khatgal is by jeep or minibus from Moron, the capital of Khuvsgul province. The journey takes several hours and can be bumpy, but the scenery is stunning. Flights are also available from Ulaanbaatar to Moron, followed by a land transfer to Khatgal.
