Transportation

The easiest way to reach Cenote Cristalino is by taxi or colectivo (shared minivan) from Playa del Carmen. Colectivos depart frequently from Calle 2 Norte between Avenida 15 and Avenida 20, heading south towards Tulum. Ask the driver to drop you off at Cenote Cristalino. Taxis are readily available throughout Playa del Carmen. You can also rent a car and drive yourself; there is parking available at the cenote.
