Transportation
The easiest way to reach Balandra Beach is by car or taxi from La Paz. Taxis are readily available in La Paz and can take you directly to the beach. Alternatively, you can rent a car and drive to Balandra, which is approximately a 30-minute drive north of La Paz. There are also local buses that run from La Paz to nearby towns, but you may need to walk a bit to reach the beach from the bus stop.
