From Guadalajara, you can take a bus to Amatitán. Several bus companies operate routes from the old bus station (Antigua Central Camionera) in Guadalajara. Look for buses heading to Tequila or directly to Amatitán. The journey takes approximately 1-2 hours. Once in Amatitán, taxis and local buses are available for getting around.
