Transportation

Access to Funzi Island Beach is primarily by boat. You'll need to travel to Bodo village, located south of Diani Beach. From Diani, you can hire a taxi or take a matatu (local minibus) to Bodo. Once in Bodo, you'll need to hire a boat to take you to Funzi Island. Arrange boat transportation in advance or upon arrival in Bodo. The boat ride to Funzi Island takes approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on the tide and the boat.
