Transportation
From Nagano Station, take the Nagano Dentetsu Line to Yudanaka Station (approx. 45 minutes). From Yudanaka Station, take a local bus bound for Shibu Onsen and get off at the "Issa Kinenkan-mae" bus stop (approx. 10 minutes). The museum is a short walk from the bus stop.
