Transportation
From JR Shimizu Station, take the Shizutetsu Justline bus bound for Miho-Land (三保ランド). Get off at the "Miho Matsubara Iriguchi" (三保松原入口) bus stop. From there, it's about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and the main viewing area. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from Shimizu Station.
