The easiest way to reach Obama Onsen is by bus from Isahaya Station. Take the Nagasaki Prefectural Bus bound for Obama Onsen. The journey takes approximately 40-50 minutes. From Nagasaki Airport, you can also take a bus directly to Obama Onsen, which takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
