Perched atop a mountain overlooking the city of Taketa (near Nakatsu), the Oka Castle Ruins offer a breathtaking blend of history and natural beauty. Transportation
From Nakatsu Station, take the JR Nippo Line to Bungo-Taketa Station. From Bungo-Taketa Station, take a taxi or the Taketa City Community Bus to Oka Castle Ruins. The bus stop is near the entrance to the castle grounds.
