It's the perfect place to experience one of Japan's Three Most Scenic Views from a unique vantage point. More than just a scenic overlook, View Land offers a fun and interactive way to appreciate the natural beauty of the area. While not a historical site in itself, Amanohashidate has a rich history and cultural significance. For centuries, it has been revered as a sacred site and a place of natural beauty. Viewing Amanohashidate upside down, through your legs ("matanozoki"), is a traditional way to appreciate its resemblance to a dragon soaring into the sky. Amanohashidate View Land provides the perfect setting for this iconic experience. At Amanohashidate View Land, you can enjoy a variety of activities, including riding the Ferris wheel for panoramic views, trying out the thrilling roller coaster, and enjoying other amusement park rides. Of course, the main attraction is the observation deck, where you can perform the "matanozoki" and capture stunning photos of Amanohashidate. While there are food stalls and restaurants within View Land, they primarily offer standard amusement park fare.
