Over the centuries, the castle suffered from fires and earthquakes, leading to multiple reconstructions. Today, significant portions of the castle have been meticulously restored, allowing visitors to appreciate its original grandeur. Visitors can explore the Hishi Yagura (Diamond Turret), Gojikken Nagaya (Fifty-Ken Storehouse), and Hashizume-mon Tsuzuki Yagura (Hashizume Gate Connecting Turret), all carefully reconstructed using traditional methods. Transportation
From Kanazawa Station, take the Kanazawa Loop Bus (left loop) and get off at the Kenrokuen-shita/Kanazawa Castle stop. The castle is a short walk from there. Alternatively, take the JR bus to Korinbo and walk for 5 minutes.
