From Usa Station, take the Oita Kotsu bus bound for Bungotakada. Get off at the Bungotakada bus center. From there, take a bus bound for Misaki Port (三崎港). Get off at Nagasakibana (長崎鼻). The bus runs infrequently, so check the timetable in advance.
